The Dining Room

The Dining Room is somewhat open to the Front Room, but also has an element of privacy. There are two large windows in the dining room which let in a good amount of sunlight. There is also a door between the dining room and kitchen that can be closed when desired, perhaps if hosting a dinner and wanting to keep the mess of the kitchen behind closed doors, or to close when the dishwasher is running and wanting to quiet the rest of the house. But most often the dining room door is kept open.

As is the case for most of the house, it looks deceptively small from the outside, but is surprisingly roomy and opens up when you step inside:

A detail of the door leading into the kitchen, the middle door is a closet that doubles as a place to stash table linens as well as a place to hang a few coats and hide a few umbrellas, and the far right door leads up to the master bedroom (photos coming soon!):

Below are a few more photos. More pictures and details coming soon!
